By using Nova Agent IA ("Nova", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nova is a personal AI assistant accessible through Telegram. It provides conversational AI capabilities, task management, and integrations with third-party services including Google Workspace, Notion, and Zoom.

3. User Accounts

You must have a valid Telegram account to use Nova.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and connected integrations.
You must not share your Nova access with unauthorized individuals.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nova to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Send spam, harassment, or abusive content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Nova connects to third-party services on your behalf. By authorizing an integration:

You grant Nova permission to access and manage data in that service as instructed by you.
You acknowledge that third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies.
You can revoke access to any integration at any time through the Mini App.
Nova is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nova uses AI models to generate responses and perform tasks. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.
Nova may decline requests that violate safety guidelines.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Nova is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Nova Agent IA. You retain ownership of all content you create or provide through the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not responsible for actions taken by the AI assistant on your behalf.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Nova at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
